Accounts & service terms
Keep hospitality clients, delivery locations, contacts and agreed service rules together. Scope account-specific price lists rather than assuming every job uses the same rates.
Commercial laundry software / UK
Custom commercial laundry management software for hospitality accounts, hotel linen operations and collection-and-delivery services. Connect the job, the quantities, the agreed rates and the people doing the work.
LaundryOS is an in-development product showcase. Availability and any client-specific implementation are agreed separately.
Received counts, agreed services and delivery exceptions.
The gap is usually between stages
A collection note, a production sheet, a message about missing items and a separate invoice can all describe the same order differently. The problem is not always a missing feature. It is a missing connection.
We scope commercial laundry systems around those handoffs, so each team can see what has been recorded, what has changed and what still needs attention.
The connected workflow
B2B laundry operations have different needs from a self-service laundrette or a dry-cleaning counter. Your clients, service agreements and production process define the right software.
Keep hospitality clients, delivery locations, contacts and agreed service rules together. Scope account-specific price lists rather than assuming every job uses the same rates.
Book in an order with quantities, item categories and exceptions. Agree whether pricing is per item, weight, service or a combination.
Define meaningful stages and responsibilities. Record rewash, damage or hold reasons so a status change has context.
Connect scheduled work to the order, record dispatched quantities and capture the handover. Route planning or driver tools are separate integration decisions.
Translate approved work into traceable invoice lines. Scope minimum charges, credit notes and accounting links around your actual commercial rules.
Review outstanding jobs, account activity and recurring exceptions. Define access and data ownership so reporting remains useful after launch.
Fit before features
Repeat hospitality collections, client-specific rates and batch work need visibility across customers and stages—not just a receipt at the counter.
Internal laundry and outsourced linen services both need clear counts and handovers between housekeeping, the floor and the delivery team.
Collection schedules, customer-owned linen and rental stock may require different data models. Stock allocation, barcodes or RFID must be explicitly scoped.
Inside the product direction
The existing LaundryOS case study sets out the product structure, core modules and intended outcomes. It is an internal showcase, not evidence of a completed customer deployment or verified savings.
Bring a disputed count, a partial delivery or a revised price. Those exceptions reveal whether a system fits the business.

A proposal follows a workflow review. Sites, users, order volumes, migration, pricing rules, devices and integrations all affect the work. We do not advertise an off-the-shelf LaundryOS subscription or an unverified starting price.
Agree the initial build, rollout, hosting and support separately. We can discuss a phased implementation where that reduces disruption.
Request a scoped proposal ↗The knowledge layer
Your operations system records what is happening. A RAG knowledge assistant can help find an approved handling procedure, service condition or internal policy.
We keep these responsibilities distinct. An old handbook should not be used to guess a live delivery time or stock quantity.

Customer-specific rates are a common scoping requirement. The design needs to cover how rates are approved, when changes take effect and how completed work is charged. We review your examples before confirming a build.
No. This service focuses on contract laundry, hospitality accounts and connected production and delivery workflows. A walk-in counter or self-service laundrette may be better served by a different product.
Not automatically. Each integration depends on supported interfaces, hardware and the agreed scope. Confirm these requirements before comparing proposals.
We assess formats, completeness, duplicates and ownership first. A migration plan should include validation, a trial import and a clear cutover approach rather than assuming every spreadsheet is ready.
The public showcase is labelled in development. You can review the case study and discuss a custom implementation, but it is not presented as an immediately available production service.
